Introducing Daily Check-ins: A Private Space for Your Emotions
We're launching a new Daily Check-in feature. Track your mood, location, and thoughts throughout the day, securely.
Life moves fast, and often we forget to pause and ask ourselves how we're actually doing. Today, we are excited to introduce Daily Check-ins to Inpages.me — a new space designed to capture your everyday emotions, thoughts, and moments as they happen.
How to save a Daily Check-in
- Choose Save today's Check-in on Home, or open Daily Check-ins.
- Set a mood score from 1 to 10 and optionally name the emotion.
- Open the optional details to add a note, location, people, or photos.
- Review the protection choice, then save the Check-in.
You can check in more than once a day. Notes and context use the protection choice shown in the form.
More Than Just Words
While traditional journals are great for long-form reflections, sometimes you just need to capture a fleeting feeling. With our new feature, you can quickly log your mood score and choose from a set of emotion icons. But it doesn't stop there.
You can now add the Location where you are, Who you are with, and even attach Photos to your check-in. It’s about building a richer context around how you feel.
Check In Multiple Times a Day
Emotions aren't static. You might wake up feeling anxious, but find peace by the evening. The new Daily Check-in system allows you to record multiple entries throughout the day. Your entries are neatly organized in an "Earlier Today" timeline, helping you see the rhythm of your day.
Smart and Frictionless
We've built the interface to get out of your way. With features like auto-scrolling to new entries, smart comboboxes for locations and companions, and smooth attachment previews, logging your mood takes only seconds.
Private by Default
Because your emotions are deeply personal, we've ensured they remain completely private. Read more about why your mood journal needs end-to-end encryption to understand how we protect your data.
Once a few check-ins exist, read your mood chart without judging yourself and return to the notes behind it when you want context.
